he model set options and tip prices
the model also set vote goal
every tip raises a vote per the relevant option
for example the model can have 3 options: bj, naked dance and squirt. Vote by tip can be 10 for bj, 11 for naked dance and 17 for squirt. model can set 20 votes as the goal.
once 20 votes per any goal is reached the model is performing accordingly and vote is restarted for the specific option.
