Simple Timer

The Simple Timer Bot can be used to quickly start and stop timers in your chat room with the least amount of typing possible. Use the bot to set timers to remind you to take a break, when a show or flash should start or end.

There is no limit to the number of timers that can be running at the same time (unless there is an undocumented limitation in the Chaturbate API)

Setup

This bot does not have any setup options, all interactions are done through commands in the chat room. Interactions with the bot are not visible to anyone else in the room.

Commands

/t {time} {message}

Starts a new timer that will display the {message} in {time} minutes. The timer ID assigned by the Chaturbate server will be displayed to the broadcaster in a private notice. The timer ID can be used to stop the timer early if needed.

Example

/t 60 Time to go home

Will send the broadcaster the notification "Time to go home" in one hour (60 minutes).

/t stop {id}

Stops a running timer. The {id} is the numeric ID returned by the start command.

Example

/t stop 3

Will stop the timer with ID 3.

/t help

Displays a brief help message.

/t list

Lists all running timers. Use the list command to determine a timer's ID value, or much time is remaining for that timer.
