ScottBot - A basic room control bot written by scottp13

Note that this code is a few years old, pre ES6, and Node 4ish. I don't know what CB supports these days.

Please run this in the slot marked Bot #3. The other slots can be empty if you want.
Please do not run at the same time as UltraBot.

Developers: For commented source code of a basic, non-customized version,
see "ScottBot" on the CB Testbed.

ScottBot implements some commonly used features of UltraBot, generally using
the same commands. Mods may already be familiar with these commands, and other
bots should be compatible with them.

It also provides up to 5 notification messages, sent at 2 minute intervals. This
may avoid the need to use an additional bot slot for this purpose.

An optional mode allows Mods to send public notices. By default, this is turned
off so CrazyNote can be ran in one of the other bot slots. If that is not an
option for some reason, this mode can be enabled.

Features for "Fan club members + VIPs" allow for a traditional CB fan club
and/or tip-to-join style clubs. This includes Mods who are also fan club members
and aren't otherwise recognized.

Help is available using the /ubhelp command. Help will list only the commands
usable by your current user level.

Some other features & differences from UltraBot:

Mods can /silence and /unsilence users. Any user can be added to the list, but
it will have no effect on Mods or above. (So no more silencing other Mods and
the Model!)

Mods can enable or disable Greys from chatting or using graphics with the
/silencelevel and /graphiclevel commands. Like in UltraBot, a value of 0 enables
Greys and 1 disables them. The other UltraBot values for restricting non-tippers
are not available and will not be added. The silence level can also be changed
with the new /greyson and /greysoff commands, so no need to remember which value
is which. Fan club members + VIPs are exempt from this setting, even if they
have no tokens.

There is not a "nice list" for exempting Greys, but Fan Club Members and VIPs
are already exempt. There is not a universal "dick list" and there will not be.

Mods can send a "whisper message" to the Model using the new /pmm command.
You can remember this as "Private Message to Model". Type /pmm followed by your
message, and your name and text will appear in the Model's chat window only.
This allows you to notify her about something without her needing to tab around
PMs. The Model can disable this feature in the bot setup settings.

None of the other UltraBot whisper message features are available, which means
they can't be used to spam. For messaging, use PMs instead.

Finally, there is intentionally no "that seemed like all caps so I changed it"
feature, so go ahead and YELL IF YOU FEEL THAT IT IS APPROPRIATE.
