As youth many of played a game call red light green light.
This App is an adult version of the game. Where the green light indicates you can stroke and the red light indicates you must stop.

This application will accept a tip and after a bit will tell the tipper, green light they can stroke.
After a little while, it will time it will tell them red light the tipper they must stop stroking.

After the initial tip, the app will randomly decide whether the tipper can stroke and give a green light. So they do not get to stroke right away. The time can be controlled in a setting when you launch the app.

The red light is also random. The program will randomly tell the tipper, red light and to stop. The average time they are allowed to stroke is defined when you launch the app.

The app will also provide taunts to the tipper both before they are given a green light and while they are stoking. The frequency of these taunts can be controlled on the launch of the app.
