A Tip Menu where the prices increase with every tip :)

Full Description

A pimped version of the 'Tip Menu Plus 20' by badbadbubba.

It is now possible to make items increase in price the more often they are bought.

Some examples:

"100+100--remove one item of clothing"
This means that the first item of clothing costs 100 to remove, the second 200, etc.

"10+0--blow kiss"
This item costs 10 token and will never increase in price.

"25--dance"
Just as the example above, this item won't increase in price.

Just be careful that the same price can't exist twice or the tip might count for the wrong item.
