Specific bot for a model. It meets the specific needs of that model. It is very unlikely that it will have any use for anyone else.

*Send welcome message when user enter the room. Selectable
*Responds to /menu and /tipmenu indicating that there is no menu. Displays one or more of the 5 possible messages. Configurable

Since this BOT manages the requests of the users through the /menu and /tipmenu commands, this BOT should not be used at the same time as other BOT's that manage tip menus
