Hailey's Biggest Loser

This bot combines modified versions of badbadbubba's Tip Menu Single Line Plus and KMoore's Auto Tip Thank You.

New features include:

• Keeps track of the biggest tipper (loser).

• Rate limiting. The tip menu is only display in chat after a certain number of messages have been entered. This prevents the bot from spamming your chat room and filling the window with a wall of tip menus if members are not chatting.
